Terms of Service

RowZero is a service that tracks live-music tour data — artists, venues, dates and on-sales — and helps you plan trips around the shows you care about. We are not a ticket seller. Where we link to tickets, the sale is between you and that seller under their terms.

You need an account to use most of RowZero. You’re responsible for what happens under it, and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live. You can delete your account at any time from your profile or by emailing support@rowzero.app.

We verify tour data against multiple sources and correct it continuously, but concerts move, get rescheduled and get cancelled. Always confirm the date, time, venue and on-sale with the official seller before you book travel or tickets. We are not liable for costs arising from data that turns out to be wrong, incomplete or out of date.

You agree not to:

• scrape, bulk-download or resell our data;
• circumvent rate limits, access controls or the sign-in wall;
• use the service to spam, harass or impersonate anyone;
• upload content to your vault that you don’t have the right to share.

Your follows, plans, past-show entries and photos stay yours. You grant us the licence we need to store and display them back to you, and to render anything you explicitly choose to share via a share link. We don’t sell your content.

By creating an account you agree to receive service messages about the artists and shows you follow. You control every channel under Profile → Notifications, and every email has a one-click unsubscribe.

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service. We’ll give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms; continuing to use RowZero after a change means you accept the updated terms.

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including travel and ticket costs, arising from your use of the service.
